If you're starting from the southernmost point of the continental U.S. (the Southernmost Point Buoy), head west on South Street. After a short walk, take a left (south) onto Duval Street. Continue walking south until you reach the intersection with Southard Street. The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory will be on your left at 1316 Duval St, just past the intersection.
