If you are driving, head south on Overseas Hwy (US-1) from any point in Marathon. Continue on Overseas Hwy for approximately 3 miles. The Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters will be on your right at 11710 Overseas Hwy. Look for the large sign indicating the attraction.

If you are using public transportation, check the local bus schedule for the Lower Keys Shuttle. Board the bus heading south on the Overseas Highway. Get off at the stop closest to 11710 Overseas Hwy. From there, you may need to walk a short distance (about 0.5 miles) to reach the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, following the directions along the highway until you see the entrance.
