The Dolphin Research Center will be on your right at 58901 Overseas Hwy, Grassy Key, FL 33050. Look for the sign indicating the entrance to the center. There is ample parking available on-site, which is free of charge.

If you are using public transportation, you can take the Keys Shuttle service that operates in the Florida Keys. Check the shuttle schedule for stops in Marathon. You will want to request a drop-off at Grassy Key. Once you are dropped off, walk approximately 0.5 miles along Overseas Highway towards the Dolphin Research Center, which will be on your left. Ensure to check the shuttle fare in advance, as costs may vary.
