    If you're in Downtown Miami, the Seybold Building is easily accessible on foot. Start at the Government Center MetroRail station. Exit the station and head northeast on NW 1st Street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with NE 2nd Avenue. Turn left onto NE 2nd Avenue, and the Seybold Building will be on your right at 36 NE 1st Street. The walking distance is approximately 0.3 miles.

    For a quick and free ride, you can take the Miami MetroMover. Board the Omni Loop at the Government Center station. Ride it for three stops and get off at the 3rd Street Station. Exit the station and head south on NE 3rd Street for a short walk. Turn left onto NE 1st Avenue and then right on NE 2nd Street, where the Seybold Building is located.
