If you're driving from the center of Mount Dora, start by heading southeast on E 4th Ave toward N Donnelly St. Continue on N Donnelly St until you reach the intersection with US-441. Turn right onto US-441 S and follow it for about 11 miles. Take the exit for FL-40 E toward Ormond Beach. Merge onto FL-40 E and continue for approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto Ponce Deleon Blvd, and in about 1 mile, you will arrive at De León Springs State Park, located at 601 Ponce Deleon Blvd.

Board the bus at the nearest stop and take the route heading towards Eustis. Once you reach Eustis, transfer to the bus heading towards De Leon Springs.
