Turn left onto US-41, then take the first right onto Bayshore Drive. Follow Bayshore Drive for approximately 2 miles, and you will see the Naples Botanical Garden on your left at 4820 Bayshore Dr, Naples, FL 34112. There is ample parking available on-site, but please note that a parking fee may apply.
