From most locations in Nature Coast, you will likely need to get onto the I-75 South or US-19 South. Follow the signs for I-4 East towards Orlando. Take exit 92 for FL-434 toward Longwood. Continue on FL-434 E. After about 5 miles, turn left onto Osprey Trail. Spring Hammock Preserve will be on your left. There is no entrance fee, and parking is available on-site.

To reach Spring Hammock Preserve using public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus to Orlando. From the Greyhound station, transfer to Lynx bus route 21 to Longwood. Disembark at the closest stop to Osprey Trail. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach the preserve.
