    From the Nature Coast region, head south on US-19 S towards Crystal River. Continue on US-19 S until you reach the junction with FL-589 Toll S. Merge onto FL-589 Toll S and follow the signs for I-75 S toward Miami. After approximately 30 miles, take exit 77 to merge onto I-95 S toward Miami. Continue on I-95 S for about 20 miles, then take exit 27 toward Hillsboro Boulevard. Merge onto West Hillsboro Boulevard and then turn right onto North Ocean Boulevard (A1A). Continue along A1A until you reach Hillsboro Mile. The Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse will be located at 907 Hillsboro Mile, Hillsboro Beach, FL 33062.
