Continue on I-75 S for approximately 120 miles until you reach exit 158 for FL-867 S toward Fort Myers. Merge onto FL-867 S and follow it until you reach the intersection with US-41 S. Take US-41 S and continue for about 15 miles until you reach the bridge to Sanibel Island. Cross the bridge, and once on Sanibel Island, follow Periwinkle Way until you reach 112 Periwinkle Way, where the Sanibel Lighthouse is located. There is a toll for crossing the bridge, which is typically around $6.00 per vehicle.
