From Jacksonville, take I-295 N toward W Jacksonville. Continue on I-295 N and take Exit 37B to merge onto FL-105 N/N Main St. Continue on FL-105 N for about 7 miles. Then, turn right onto FL-A1A N and follow it for approximately 10 miles. The entrance to Big Talbot Island State Park will be on your right. There are no tolls along this route.
