Public Bus
From the Ocala Downtown Bus Terminal (located at 1801 NE 8th Ave, Ocala), take the Route 1 bus towards the Silver Springs area. The bus runs every hour. Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of NE 58th Ave and NE 14th St. From there, walk east on NE 14th St until you reach NE 58th Ave. Turn left onto NE 58th Ave and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at the Silver River Museum & Environmental Education Center, located at 1445 NE 58th Ave.
Bicycle
If you prefer to ride a bike, you can rent one from a local bike shop in Ocala. Start from the Ocala Downtown area and head north on NE 1st Ave. Continue until you reach NE 14th St, then turn left. Follow NE 14th St until it curves into NE 58th Ave. Stay on NE 58th Ave heading north for approximately 1 mile until you reach the museum at 1445 NE 58th Ave.
Walking
If you're located near the Ocala Downtown area, a pleasant walking route to the Silver River Museum is available. Head north on NE 1st Ave, continue onto NE 14th St for about 1.2 miles. When you reach the intersection of NE 58th Ave, turn left and walk another 0.5 miles until you arrive at the museum at 1445 NE 58th Ave. Make sure to enjoy the scenery along the way!
