Get off at the stop 'W Seminole Blvd and 37th St'. From there, walk west along W Seminole Blvd for approximately 0.5 miles (about a 10-minute walk). You will see the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens on your left at 3755 W Seminole Blvd.
