From downtown Orlando, head to the Lynx Central Station located at 201 S Garland Ave. Take Bus Route 46 towards 'Sanford' and stay on the bus for about 50 minutes. Get off at the stop 'W Seminole Blvd and 37th St'. From there, walk west along W Seminole Blvd for approximately 0.5 miles (about a 10-minute walk). You will see the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens on your left at 3755 W Seminole Blvd.
