After about 30 minutes, transfer at the Lynx Central Station to the Lynx 50 bus heading towards Disney Springs. After about 45 minutes, get off at the Disney Blizzard Beach stop. From the bus stop, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of Blizzard Beach, following the signs.
