Getting There

If you are near the Orlando International Airport, take Bus 42 towards 'Lynx Central Station'. Once at Lynx Central Station, transfer to Bus 56 towards 'Kissimmee'. Stay on this bus until you reach the stop 'Osceola Pkwy and Discovery Island'. From the bus stop, walk south on Discovery Island for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of Wilderness Explorers.

• Ride-Sharing Service

  For a more direct route, consider using a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft. Open the app and set your destination to 'Discovery Island, Kissimmee, FL 34747'. If you're in downtown Orlando, the ride should take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Simply follow the driver’s instructions and enjoy the ride. Once you arrive, you will find the entrance to Wilderness Explorers easily.

• Shuttle Service

  If you are staying at a hotel that offers shuttle services to Disney parks, check if they include Discovery Island. Most Disney resort hotels provide complimentary transportation to the parks. Just ask the front desk for the shuttle schedule and ensure to board the shuttle that goes to Disney's Animal Kingdom. Once you arrive at the Animal Kingdom, you can follow the signs to Wilderness Explorers, which is located within the park.
