After approximately 15 minutes, get off at 'Baldwin Park and Lakeview'. Walk north on Lakeview St. until you reach Lucerne Cir E. Turn right and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach Dr. Phillips House, located at 135 N Lucerne Cir E.

If you are near Lake Eola Park, exit the park towards E Washington St. Walk west along E Washington St for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with N Orange Ave. Cross N Orange Ave and continue walking on E Washington St until you reach the intersection with N Lucerne Cir E. Turn left onto N Lucerne Cir E and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach Dr. Phillips House at 135 N Lucerne Cir E.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Orlando Urban Trail which is near the downtown area. Follow the trail towards N Orange Ave and then head south on N Orange Ave until you reach E Colonial Dr. Turn right onto E Colonial Dr and continue until you reach Primrose Dr. Turn left onto Primrose Dr and follow it to the intersection with N Lucerne Cir E.
