Head northwest on Pier Park Drive towards Back Beach Road (also known as Panama City Beach Parkway). Once you reach Back Beach Road, turn left and walk along the sidewalk. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Florida 79. Frank Brown Park will be on your right at 16200 Panama City Beach Pkwy. The park is well-marked, so you should easily spot the entrance.
