Walking
If you are in the central area of Panama City Beach, you can start your walk from Pier Park, a popular shopping and entertainment district. Head northwest on Pier Park Drive towards Back Beach Road (also known as Panama City Beach Parkway). Once you reach Back Beach Road, turn left and walk along the sidewalk. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Florida 79. Frank Brown Park will be on your right at 16200 Panama City Beach Pkwy. The park is well-marked, so you should easily spot the entrance.
Biking
If you have access to a bicycle, you can also ride to Frank Brown Park. From the center of Panama City Beach, head towards the bike path that runs along Front Beach Road. Ride westward until you reach Back Beach Road (Panama City Beach Parkway). From there, turn left and continue on Back Beach Road. You will find designated bike lanes. After riding for about 1.5 miles, look for the signs indicating Frank Brown Park on your right at 16200 Panama City Beach Pkwy.
Public Transportation
For those using public transport, check the local bus schedule for the Bay Town Trolley, which operates in the Panama City Beach area. Look for a bus that heads towards the route along Back Beach Road. You can board the trolley at any of the stops near your location. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop nearest to Frank Brown Park. The park is located at 16200 Panama City Beach Pkwy, just a short walk from the nearest bus stop.
