If you are starting from the Panama City Beach Convention Center, head south on Richard Jackson Boulevard until you reach Front Beach Road. Turn left onto Front Beach Road and continue walking east for about 1.5 miles. You will pass several hotels and restaurants along this route. Look for the Ocean Villa Condos on your right side, which is located at 10625 Front Beach Road. The entrance to Public Beach Access 36 is located directly to the east of the Ocean Villa Condos.

If you have access to a bike, you can start from Pier Park. Head east on Front Beach Road, following the designated bike lane. Continue for about 1.8 miles, passing by various shops and dining options. Keep an eye out for the Ocean Villa Condos on your left. When you reach the condos, the entrance to Public Beach Access 36 will be directly adjacent to them.

From the nearest bus stop at the Panama City Beach Transit Center, take the local beach shuttle that heads east along Front Beach Road. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop near Ocean Villa Condos. Walk a short distance eastward, and you will find the entrance to Public Beach Access 36 next to the condos.
