    From Florida Caverns State Park, head southwest on FL-166 W (Caverns Rd) for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with US-90. Turn left onto US-90 E and continue for about 2.5 miles. Then, turn right onto FL-71 S and follow it for about 7 miles. You will see signs for Chipola River Wildlife Management Area. The entrance to the WMA is located on your left.
