Getting There

Walking
From downtown Fort Walton Beach, head south on Eglin Parkway (US-98). Continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Santa Rosa Boulevard. This intersection is marked by a traffic light. Turn left onto Santa Rosa Boulevard. Continue straight for approximately 0.5 miles. As you approach the island, you will cross over the bridge onto Okaloosa Island. After crossing the bridge, keep walking straight, and you will see the Okaloosa Island Pier on your right.

Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start at the Fort Walton Beach City Hall area and head south towards Eglin Parkway (US-98). Turn left and cycle on the bike lane along Eglin Parkway for about 1.5 miles. When you reach the Santa Rosa Boulevard intersection, turn left. Continue bicycling straight for about 0.5 miles until you cross the bridge onto Okaloosa Island. After the bridge, the Okaloosa Island Pier will be on your right. There are bike racks available at the pier.
