Car
If you are driving from the center of Pensacola Beach, start on Via De Luna Drive heading west. Continue straight until you reach Fort Pickens Road. Turn left onto Fort Pickens Road. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles. You will see signs for Fort Pickens, which is where Battery Langdon is located. There is a parking area available near the entrance to Fort Pickens. Please note that there is an entrance fee of $25 per vehicle for a seven-day pass to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which includes access to Fort Pickens.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options in Pensacola Beach are limited; however, you can take a local shuttle service or taxi to reach Fort Pickens. If you opt for a shuttle, check with local services like the Beach Trolley, which may have routes that include stops near Fort Pickens.
