Bus
To reach Navarre Beach from downtown Pensacola, start by walking to the nearest bus stop on Palafox Street. Look for the Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) bus service. You can take the Route 64 bus heading towards Navarre. The bus will take you along Gulf Beach Highway. After approximately 40 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to Navarre Beach. From there, it is a short walk to the beach. Follow the signs towards the beach access points.
Bicycle
For a scenic route to Navarre Beach, consider renting a bicycle. Begin your journey at Bayview Park, located at 2001 E Lloyd St. Head south on Bayview Park Rd, which turns into Gulf Beach Highway. Continue cycling for about 13 miles, enjoying the beautiful coastal views. You will arrive at Navarre Beach, where you can lock your bike and enjoy the sandy shores.
Walking
Walking to Navarre Beach from central Pensacola is quite a trek, as it is approximately 20 miles away. However, if you are up for the challenge, start at Plaza Ferdinand VII and head south on Palafox Street towards the waterfront. Follow the waterfront along the path until you reach the bridge that leads to Gulf Breeze. Continue across the bridge and follow the signs towards Navarre Beach. This route is not recommended unless you are prepared for a long walk, as it will take several hours.
