Seville Quarter opened in 1967 as Rosie O'Grady's Goodtime Emporium in a former cigar warehouse on East Government Street, evolving into a sprawling complex of seven uniquely themed rooms and courtyards. Timber-framed interiors, pressed-tin ceilings, and antique elements like French doors from New Orleans' Italian Hall and 19th-century bar fixtures create a nostalgic, lively vibe reminiscent of the French Quarter. This Gulf Coast entertainment destination draws crowds for its blend of history, music, and merriment under one roof.

Rosie O'Grady's hosts the signature dueling piano show, where toe-tapping sing-alongs fill the air. Phineas Phogg's Balloon Works spans two stories for dancing, while The End o'the Alley Bar and Courtyard buzzes with live music nightly, attracting young professionals. Fast Eddie's Billiard Parlor offers championship tables and a sports Wall of Fame. Lili Marlene's serves as a World War I aviator-themed pub with karaoke and weekend bands.
