Car
If you are driving from the center of Ponce Inlet, head south on South Peninsula Drive (A1A). Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Dunlawton Avenue. Turn left onto Dunlawton Avenue and drive for about 1 mile until you see the entrance to the Florida Coast to Coast Trail on your left. There is usually parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach the Florida Coast to Coast Trail via public transportation, you can take the Votran bus service. From any point in Ponce Inlet, locate the nearest bus stop and take the Votran Route 4 bus heading towards Port Orange. Get off at the stop on Dunlawton Avenue near South Peninsula Drive. From there, it will be a short walk (approximately 0.3 miles) west on Dunlawton Avenue to the entrance of the Florida Coast to Coast Trail.
