Car
If you're driving from central Ponce Inlet, head north on S Atlantic Ave toward E Dunlawton Ave. Continue on S Atlantic Ave for about 8 miles, then turn left onto E Dunlawton Ave. After approximately 4 miles, merge onto I-95 N via the ramp to Jacksonville. Stay on I-95 N for about 15 miles, then take exit 205 for FL-528 E toward Cape Canaveral. After about 20 miles on FL-528 E, take the exit toward US-1 N. Continue on US-1 N for about 10 miles, then turn left onto Courtenay Pkwy N. The Manatee Observation Deck will be on your right after about 2 miles.

To reach the Manatee Observation Deck using public transport, start by finding the nearest bus stop in Ponce Inlet. Take the Votran bus service Route 4 heading north toward Daytona Beach. Ride the bus until you reach the transfer point at the Daytona Beach Transit Center. From there, switch to Route 20 toward Cape Canaveral. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at US-1 & Courtenay Pkwy. From this stop, the Manatee Observation Deck is about a 10-minute walk. Head north on US-1 for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Courtenay Pkwy N. The observation deck will be on your right.
