Car
If you're driving from anywhere in Ponce Inlet, head north on S Peninsula Drive. Continue on S Peninsula Drive until it intersects with E Dunlawton Ave (FL-421). Turn left onto E Dunlawton Ave and follow it until it merges onto S Nova Rd. In approximately 2 miles, turn right onto FL-44 E. Continue on FL-44 E for about 4 miles, then take the exit for I-95 N toward Jacksonville. After about 5 miles, take exit 249A to merge onto US-1 N toward New Smyrna Beach. Continue on US-1 N for about 10 miles. Finally, turn right onto N Peninsula Ave, and you will find Smyrna Dunes Park at 2995 N Peninsula Ave on your left. Parking is available at the park entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Smyrna Dunes Park via public transportation, you can take the Votran bus service. Locate the nearest Votran bus stop in Ponce Inlet, and board the Votran Route 10 (New Smyrna Beach) heading north. The bus fare is approximately $1.50 per ride. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop near US-1 and N Peninsula Ave, which is close to the park's entrance. From there, it is a short walk to the park. Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can ride your bike from Ponce Inlet to Smyrna Dunes Park. Start by heading north on S Peninsula Drive. After about 3 miles, you will reach the intersection with E Dunlawton Ave. There are bike lanes available along the way, making it safer for cyclists. Once you arrive at the park, there are designated bike racks where you can securely park your bicycle.
