    If you're driving from downtown Sarasota, head south on US-41/Tamiami Trail. Continue on this road for about 10 miles. You will see Historic Spanish Point on your right at 401 N Tamiami Trail in Osprey. There is parking available on-site.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Historic Spanish Point using public transportation, take the Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) bus route 17 from downtown Sarasota. The bus will take you south along US-41/Tamiami Trail. Get off at the stop nearest to 401 N Tamiami Trail, Osprey. After disembarking, walk a short distance north on Tamiami Trail until you reach the entrance to Historic Spanish Point.

    From Siesta Key, drive north on Midnight Pass Road until you reach the intersection with US-41/Tamiami Trail. Turn left onto US-41 and continue for about 5 miles. Historic Spanish Point will be on your right at 401 N Tamiami Trail, Osprey. Look for signs indicating the entrance.

    Public Transportation

    If you are staying in Siesta Key, you can take the SCAT bus route 10 to downtown Sarasota. From there, transfer to route 17 heading south. Get off at the stop closest to 401 N Tamiami Trail, Osprey, and walk north along Tamiami Trail to reach Historic Spanish Point.
