    From downtown Sarasota, head to the Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) bus stop located on Main Street. Take the SCAT Route 17 bus towards Englewood. The bus will take you along Tamiami Trail (US-41). After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop near the intersection of Tamiami Trail and Manasota Key Road. From there, walk south on Manasota Key Road for about 1.5 miles until you reach Manasota Key Beach, which will be on your right side.

    If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in downtown Sarasota. Start your journey by heading south on the Legacy Trail, which connects Sarasota to nearby areas. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with Tamiami Trail (US-41). Once you reach Tamiami Trail, turn left and continue south until you reach Manasota Key Road. Turn right onto Manasota Key Road and continue for about 1.5 miles until you arrive at Manasota Key Beach.
