Car
If you're traveling by car, use a GPS navigation system or a mapping app. From anywhere in Southeast Florida, head towards I-75 N or I-95 N, depending on your starting point. Follow the highway signs to Tampa. Once in Tampa, take exit 44A toward Downtown and merge onto I-275 N. Then take exit 44 toward the Channelside District. Follow the signs for Channelside Drive. The Florida Aquarium is located at 701 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602. There is on-site parking available, but it may incur a fee, typically around $10.
Public Transportation (Bus)
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a Greyhound or Megabus service to Tampa from various locations in Southeast Florida. Once you arrive at the bus station in Tampa, you can take the HART (Hillsborough Area Regional Transit) bus service. Route 8 and Route 12 both have stops near the Channelside District. Train
For those traveling from further points, consider taking Amtrak to Tampa. The station is located at 601 N Nebraska Ave, about 2 miles from The Florida Aquarium. Alternatively, you can take HART bus Route 5 from the Amtrak station to the downtown area, then transfer to Route 8 or Route 12 to arrive at Channelside.
