If you're driving, start by heading south on A1A South (also known as Coastal Highway) from St. Augustine Beach. Continue on A1A South for about 6 miles until you reach the intersection with US-1. Turn left onto US-1 South and drive for approximately 3 miles. Then, turn right onto S. R. 312 East, which will lead you directly to Moses Creek Conservation Area East Trailhead. Look for the parking area on your left.

For public transportation, take the 'St. Augustine Beach Shuttle' (Route 1) from any stop in St. Augustine Beach. Ask the driver for the closest stop to US-1 South. Once you get off, walk to the nearest bus stop for the 'St. Johns County Transit' line heading south. Get off at the stop near the intersection of US-1 and S. R. 312. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk east along S. R. 312 until you reach Moses Creek Conservation Area East Trailhead.
