If you are starting from the historic downtown area of St. Augustine, head south on Avenida Menendez towards the Castillo de San Marcos. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with St. George Street. Turn right onto St. George Street and keep walking until you hit the intersection with King Street. Cross King Street and continue straight onto US-1 South. Follow US-1 for approximately 1.5 miles. Look for Golf Course Trail on your right; you will see signs leading to Moses Creek West Trailhead. The trailhead is located just off Golf Course Trail.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in downtown St. Augustine. Start by heading south on Avenida Menendez and turn right onto St. George Street. Continue until you reach King Street, then turn left onto King Street. Follow King Street until you reach US-1 South. Turn right onto US-1 and bike for about 1.5 miles. Look for Golf Course Trail on your right; follow the signs to Moses Creek West Trailhead. The bike ride should take around 15-20 minutes.

To reach Moses Creek West Trailhead using public transportation, catch the St. Augustine Beach Shuttle at any of the designated stops in the downtown area. Ride the shuttle towards St. Augustine Beach and ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to US-1 South. Once you disembark, walk north along US-1 for about 0.5 miles until you see Golf Course Trail on your right. Follow the signs to Moses Creek West Trailhead.
