From St. Augustine Beach, head west on A1A South towards St. Augustine. Continue on A1A for approximately 6 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Merge onto Route 1 North. After about 2 miles, take the exit towards State Road 16. Follow State Road 16 until you reach the historic district of St. Augustine. Turn left onto St. Francis Street. The Gonzalez-Alvarez House will be on your right at 14 St. Francis St. There is street parking available nearby, but be aware that some areas may require a parking fee during peak hours.
