From St. Augustine Beach, head northwest on A1A S toward the intersection with SR 312. Take a right onto SR 312 and continue until you reach US-1. Merge onto US-1 N and continue for about 3 miles. Take a left onto San Marco Ave. The Old Jail Museum will be on your right at 167 San Marco Ave. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that some lots may charge a fee.
