Turn left onto FL-312 and drive for approximately 1.5 miles. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto US-1 N. Continue on US-1 N for about 2 miles, then turn right onto W Castillo Dr. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto S Castillo Dr. The Old Spanish Trail Zero Milestone will be on your left, located near the entrance to the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. There is a small parking lot nearby, but it may incur parking fees.

The St. Johns County Transit offers routes that connect St. Augustine Beach to downtown St. Augustine. Board the bus that goes to the Historic District. The Old Spanish Trail Zero Milestone is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop, located directly adjacent to the Castillo.
