From St. Augustine Beach, head northwest on A1A S (South) towards St. Augustine. After about 5 miles, keep left to merge onto FL-312 W. Follow FL-312 W for about 2 miles, and then turn right onto US-1 N. Continue on US-1 N for about 1 mile, then turn left onto King St. After about half a mile, turn right onto Aviles St. The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum will be on your right at 20 Aviles St, St. Augustine, FL 32084. There is typically street parking available, but be mindful of any parking regulations.

If you prefer public transportation, take the Sunshine Bus Route 2 from St. Augustine Beach. Board the bus at any designated stop in the beach area, and stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at US-1 and King St. From there, you will need to walk about half a mile. Head east on King St, then turn right onto Aviles St. The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum will be on your right at 20 Aviles St, St. Augustine, FL 32084.
