Walking
If you are starting from the historic district of St. Augustine, head south on St. George Street toward Cathedral Place. Turn left onto Cathedral Place and walk until you reach the intersection with US-1. Cross US-1 carefully and continue onto the sidewalk heading south. Follow US-1 for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Anastasia Blvd. Turn right onto Anastasia Blvd and continue walking for another 0.6 miles. You'll see the entrance to Anastasia State Park on your left at 300 Anastasia Park Rd.

Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in the historic district. Start from the Plaza de la Constitución and head south on St. George Street. Continue to the end of the street where it intersects with Cathedral Place, and take a left. Ride straight until you reach US-1, then carefully cross over to the other side. Keep cycling south on the US-1 bike lane for about 1 mile. When you get to the intersection with Anastasia Blvd, turn right and bike for another 0.6 miles. The entrance to Anastasia State Park will be on your left at 300 Anastasia Park Rd.

From the historic district, walk to the nearest bus stop on US-1 near the intersection with Cathedral Place. Take the 'Route 105' bus heading south. Remain on the bus for about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop for Anastasia Blvd. From the bus stop, walk about 0.3 miles along Anastasia Blvd, and you will reach the entrance to Anastasia State Park at 300 Anastasia Park Rd.
