Turn left onto Hypolita Street and keep walking until you reach the intersection with Cordova Street. Turn right onto Cordova Street and head south. After a few blocks, Cordova Street will turn into A1A South. Continue walking straight on A1A South for about 1 mile. Look for Red Cox Drive on your right, and take that road. The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum will be at 100 Red Cox Dr.

From the Visitor Information Center located at 10 S Castillo Dr, take the Old Town Trolley Tour. Board the trolley and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the St. Augustine Lighthouse stop.
