If you're in the downtown area of St. Augustine, start by heading east on King Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Menendez, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the bay. Turn right on Avenida Menendez and continue walking until you reach the intersection with A1A South (Anastasia Boulevard). Turn left onto A1A South and walk along the road. After about 1 mile, you will see the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park on your right at 999 Anastasia Blvd. The park is well-marked with signs.

Public Transportation
From the downtown area, you can take the local trolley service, which is a convenient way to travel. Look for the trolley stop near the Visitor Information Center at 10 S Castillo Dr. Board the red trolley marked 'Beach' and confirm with the driver that it goes to Anastasia Island. Enjoy the ride as the trolley takes you over the Bridge of Lions. Disembark at the stop closest to the Alligator Farm, which is typically the 'Alligator Farm' stop.
