If you are starting from the Historic District of St. Augustine, head east on King Street toward the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with A1A South. Turn left onto A1A South and follow the road for approximately 6 miles. You'll pass through several charming neighborhoods. Once you reach the intersection with Moses Creek Road, turn right. The entrance to Moses Creek Conservation Area will be on your left after a short distance.
Public Bus

From the Historic District, walk to the nearest bus stop along the A1A route. Board the Route 1 bus heading south towards Palm Coast. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the stop nearest to Moses Creek Road. From there, walk down Moses Creek Road for about 0.5 miles. The entrance to the Moses Creek Conservation Area will be on your left.
Bicycle

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in the Historic District. Start by heading east toward A1A South. Once on A1A, turn left and cycle south for about 6 miles.
