Start at the historic downtown area of St. Augustine, at the Plaza de la Constitución. Head south on St. George Street until you reach the intersection with King Street. Turn left onto King Street. Continue walking for about half a mile until you reach the intersection with U.S. Highway 1. Cross U.S. Highway 1 and continue walking south on South Dixie Highway. After approximately 1 mile, look for signs for Moses Creek Conservation Area. The East Trailhead will be on your right.

If you have access to a bike, start from the downtown area of St. Augustine. Head south on A1A Beach Boulevard. After about 2 miles, take a right onto South Dixie Highway. Continue for about 1 mile until you see the Moses Creek Conservation Area East Trailhead on your right. The bike ride will take you through scenic routes, making it a pleasant journey.

From your location in St. Augustine, find the nearest bus stop for the local bus service. Take the bus heading towards the southern part of the city. Get off at the stop closest to U.S. Highway 1 and South Dixie Highway (ask the driver for the closest stop).
