Start at the Plaza de la Constitución, located at 1 King St. Head south on St. George St. for about two blocks, where you'll find the historic architecture of the district. Continue to the end of St. George St. and turn right onto S Castillo Dr. Walk straight for about five minutes, and you will see the Castillo de San Marcos on your left at 11 S Castillo Dr.
