If you are starting from the St. Augustine Visitor Information Center located at 10 S Castillo Dr, head east on Castillo Dr towards the intersection with Avenida Menendez. Turn left onto Avenida Menendez and walk north along the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Cathedral Place. Turn right onto Cathedral Place and walk until you reach Charlotte St. Turn left onto Charlotte St, and the Oldest House Museum Complex will be on your left at 271 Charlotte St.

If you're at the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, exit the grounds and head southeast towards the intersection of San Marco Ave and Avenida Menendez. Cross San Marco Ave and continue onto Avenida Menendez heading north. Follow Avenida Menendez until you reach Cathedral Place, then turn right. Proceed along Cathedral Place until you arrive at Charlotte St. Take a left on Charlotte St, and the Oldest House Museum Complex will be at 271 Charlotte St.
