Take the second exit onto St. George Island Bridge, which will take you off the island. Once you are on the mainland, follow the road signs for Highway 98 W and merge onto it. Continue to follow Highway 98 W for approximately 10 miles. The Crooked River Lighthouse will be on your left at 1975 Hwy 98 W, Carrabelle, FL 32322. Look for the iconic lighthouse structure as a landmark.
