If you're driving from Clearwater Beach, get onto FL-60 E. Follow FL-60 E for about 15 miles until you reach the intersection with US-19 S. Merge onto US-19 S and continue for about 3 miles. Take the exit toward 5th Ave N, and turn left onto 5th Ave N. After a few blocks, turn right onto 2nd Ave N. Continue straight until you reach 335 2nd Ave NE, where Doo's Amazing Tours is located. Parking is available on the street or in nearby lots.

For public transportation, board the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) bus route 60 at any bus stop in Clearwater Beach. Ride the bus towards St. Petersburg.
