Walking
From downtown Stuart, head south on SW Flagler Avenue. Continue straight until you reach SW Kanner Highway (US-1). Turn left onto SW Kanner Highway and walk for about 1.5 miles. Kiplinger Nature Preserve will be on your right side at 4181 S Kanner Hwy. Look for the entrance sign and pathway leading into the preserve.
Bicycle
Starting in downtown Stuart, take SW Flagler Avenue south until it intersects with SW Kanner Highway (US-1). Turn left onto SW Kanner Highway and ride approximately 1.5 miles. Kiplinger Nature Preserve is located on your right at 4181 S Kanner Hwy. There should be a bike rack near the entrance.

Take the Martin County Public Transit bus route 1 from downtown Stuart towards the West Palm Beach area. Get off at the nearest stop after crossing the intersection of SW Kanner Highway (US-1) and SW 48th Street. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk: head south along SW Kanner Highway and you will find Kiplinger Nature Preserve on your right at 4181 S Kanner Hwy.
