If you're driving from Clearwater Beach, take Mandalay Ave south and merge onto FL-60 E. Continue on FL-60 E until you reach the junction with US-19 S. Merge onto US-19 S and follow it until you reach the exit for FL-693 S (Pinellas Bayway). Continue on FL-693 S, which becomes Gulf Blvd, and follow it until you arrive at Madeira Beach. Turn onto Village Blvd, and John's Pass Village & Boardwalk will be on your left at 12945 Village Blvd, Madeira Beach, FL 33708. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that most lots charge a fee, usually around $5-$10 per day depending on the season.
