From any location in Sun Coast, get onto I-75 S. Follow I-75 S for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 123 for Corkscrew Road. Turn right onto Corkscrew Road and continue for about 5 miles. Koreshan State Park will be on your left at 3800 Corkscrew Rd, Estero, FL 33928. There is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle.

If you are using public transportation, take the Lee County Transit bus route 150 from downtown Fort Myers towards Estero. You will need to get off at the Corkscrew Road stop. From there, it is approximately a 1-mile walk to the park entrance at 3800 Corkscrew Rd, Estero, FL 33928. Be aware that the bus fare is approximately $1.50.
