If you are driving from anywhere in the Suwannee River area, head to US-27 South. Follow US-27 for about 15 miles until you reach Fort White. Look for the park entrance on your right at 12087 Southwest, US-27. There is a parking fee of $6 per vehicle, so be sure to have cash or a credit/debit card ready.
