From central Suwannee River, head northwest on US-90 W. Continue on US-90 W for approximately 15 miles. Take the exit toward I-10 E/US-129 S. Merge onto I-10 E and travel for about 7 miles. Take exit 283 toward US-129 S. Merge onto US-129 S and continue for approximately 12 miles until you reach Live Oak. Once in Live Oak, turn left onto FL-51 S. Continue for about 3 miles, then turn right onto a dirt road that leads to Woods Ferry Conservation Area. There is no fee for parking at the conservation area.

If you are using public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus to Live Oak from major cities nearby. Upon arrival at the Live Oak bus station, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Woods Ferry Conservation Area, which is approximately 8 miles away from the station. Expect to pay around $15-$25 for the taxi or rideshare service to reach your destination.
