Car
If you're traveling by car, start from downtown Tallahassee. Head west on W Jefferson St toward N Calhoun St. Continue straight to stay on W Jefferson St. Turn right onto N Monroe St (US-27 N). After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto W Tennessee St. Drive about 2 miles, and Mission San Luis will be on your left at 2100 W Tennessee St. There is free parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take the StarMetro bus service. Board the bus on route 1 (the 'Downtown Bus Line') at any of the downtown stops. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at W Tennessee St & Mission Rd. From there, it’s a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to Mission San Luis. The fare for a one-way trip is $1.00, and it may take around 30 minutes depending on traffic and the time of day.
Biking
For those who enjoy biking, Tallahassee has a network of bike lanes. You can start from downtown and follow W Jefferson St to Monroe St, then take the bike lane on W Tennessee St directly to Mission San Luis. The distance is approximately 2.5 miles. Ensure to wear a helmet and follow local biking regulations.
