    If you're traveling by car, start from downtown Tallahassee. Head west on W Jefferson St toward N Calhoun St. Continue straight to stay on W Jefferson St. Turn right onto N Monroe St (US-27 N). After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto W Tennessee St. Drive about 2 miles, and Mission San Luis will be on your left at 2100 W Tennessee St. There is free parking available on-site.
