    From downtown Tampa, take the HART Route 19 bus heading north. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Philippe Parkway and Safety Harbor. From there, walk a short distance to Philippe Park at 2525 Philippe Pkwy. Follow Philippe Parkway west; the park entrance will be on your left. The bus fare is $2.00.
